According to documents filed by Gemini with Bloomberg Terminal, executives Marshall Beard, Dan Chen, and Tyler Meade are departing the company effective immediately. Notably, Marshall Beard, who also serves on Gemini’s board of directors, has resigned from his director position; the company stated that his departure is not due to any disagreement with the company.
