Dutch crypto asset service provider Amdax has announced that its Bitcoin vault company, AMBTS, has completed its first round of private fundraising, securing an initial subscription amount of €20 million. The fundraising round is expected to conclude in September 2025, with a total cap of €30 million. AMBTS is preparing for an IPO on the Euronext Amsterdam, aiming to leverage capital markets to expand its Bitcoin reserves.
