According to CoinDesk, Adam Back, CEO of Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company (BSTR), stated that despite Bitcoin’s recent price drop to around $63,000, the company still plans to go public through a SPAC merger with Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO), seeking shareholder approval as early as April this year. BSTR will debut with a balance sheet of 30,000 bitcoins, of which 25,000 are contributed by Back and the founding shareholders, and 5,000 are physically contributed by early investors.
